Refund Policy

At Leopard Grove, we hope you love all your purchases!  However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out  Please review out return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns

  • Returns are eligible if returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Returns must be received by the boutique within the 14-day time-frame. After this period items are no longer eligible for return.
  • Orders can NOT be cancelled once they are placed.

How to initiate a Return

  1. Email us: Contact us at theleopardgrove@gmail.com to start your return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, mail your return to: 501 Airfield Road, Aurora, TX 76078
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 
  4. Return Shipping Window:  All returns must be dropped in the mail within 4 days.  If the return is not dropped off within 4 days of the return being approved, the return will be canceled.

Important Notes

  • Leopard Grove is NOT responsible for lost, late, or damaged returns.
  • Items that fail to meet return qualifications will be mailed back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Bodysuits, intimates, socks, swimwear, and leggings.
  • Jewelry, cups, hats, and other accessories.
  • Custom orders, and mystery bags.

Refund Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy on all eligible returns.
  • Final Sale items, late returns, or unqualified returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Accidental Purchases

  • We want you to love every piece you buy so please checkout responsibly.
  • We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications for accidental purchases.

Damages

  • Report Damaged items within 2 days of delivery by emailing theleopardgrove@gmail.com with photos.
  • Orders returned without prior email communication will not be accepted.
  • Damages do not include minor issues like loose threads or slight manufacturing violations. 

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are possible if the desired size is in stock.
  • For the fastest resolution, return the items and place a new order once the return is processed.

Pre-Orders, Discounts & Sales

  • Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled.
  • Discount Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exhanges.
  • We do NOT price adjust. 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in perfect condition for a return:
  • No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smells, or visible signs of wear.
  • Wrap items neatly to protect them during return shipping.
